Hello friends! We have made it to week 3 of the #TIU21 challenge! How are you all feeling? Have those healthy habits starting feeling more like second nature and less of an effort? I hope so!
For me personally, I have to admit, I’m having a hard time this Fall with routine, and there’s a few reasons. The daylight is changing really fast here in Seattle! So my sleep cycle is a bit off, it’s harder to wake up in the morning because every few days the light outside is changing slightly. While I’m all about routine in life, I’m starting to feel a desire to be more and more in tune with the natural seasons of nature, and listen to my body and go with the flow. Rather than just force it to do more in order to chase a check mark in my planner. So my message here is, have patience with your body and don’t stress out if your routine looks nothing like anyone else’s!
