Hi lovelies! I hope you’re all getting excited for the holidays, I’m amazed that this week is Thanksgiving! With so many festivities around the corner, I wanted to share some ideas for comfortable outfits for Thanksgiving. A few of these looks were also features in my fall fashion collab video, I’ll link it below in case you missed it!
There so many lovely trends for Fall this year that I will work perfectly for your Thanksgiving festivities. For me personally, I always look for comfortable style when it comes to a fun family get-together. Cue the leggings and stretchy pants! I highly recommend wearing something that is comfortable and lets you embrace the moment, and be present with loved ones. My fall formula this year has been simply leggings or skinny pants, with a fun sweater. It gives you a bit of warmth, stretch, and a cozy look. Here are 3 looks I’ve been wearing all fall!
Bell Sleeve Sweaters
I really love how a fun bell sleeve on a sweater makes it so much more fun! That slight 70s vibe is so laid back, but also glam at the same time. I’m pretty sure I will be wearing this for Thanksgiving this year!

Cold-Shoulder Tops and Ruffles
I’m super late to this trend, but there’s something so cute about ruffle detail on tops. Mix that with the edgy vibe of a cold shoulder top and you have the perfect mix. I don’t have lots of cold-shoulder tops, but these are another way to stay comfortable yet chic this Thanksgiving. This is great if you’re looking for a softer, more feminine tone to your look.
Oversized Sweater Trend
If you are planning a really comfy and laid-back celebration, then I say jump ALL in and hop on the oversized sweater trend! Paired with some cute leggings, this is the ultimate outfit to feast in, give out big hugs, and just curl up to chat with your loved ones in. Here’s an army green I one got at this year’s Nordstrom Anniversary sale, with fun side-zipper detail.
